Three specialized forms of Common Assessment Training

The Common Assessment Process is a universal approach to effectively assessing and assisting clients. There are three forms of Assessment training and each is geared to a particular group.  Click on the links to access the application forms.

INDIVIDUAL COMMON ASSESSMENT PROCESS training is a two-day course designed for employment counsellors/employment consultants who perform individual employment assessments (working one-to-one with clients) as part of their duties. Learn more...

UNDERSTANDING CAP & COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT RESOURCES is a one-day course for individuals who would benefit from a greater understanding of the client assessment and referral process. This course is designed specifically for ERC and employment support staff to inform them about the process their clients can expect on their journey back to employment and the range of resources that exist in their community to assist them in this.
