Three specialized forms of Common Assessment Training

The Common Assessment Process is a universal approach to effectively assessing and assisting clients. There are three forms of Assessment training and each is geared to a particular group.  Click on the links to access the application forms.

UNDERSTANDING CAP & COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT RESOURCES is a one-day course for individuals who are not working as employment counsellors but who would benefit from a greater understanding of the assessment process. This course is designed specifically for ERC and employment support staff to inform them about the process their clients can expect on their journey back to employment and the range of resources that exist in their community to assist them in this.

INDIVIDUAL COMMON ASSESSMENT PROCESS training a two-day course designed for employment counsellors who perform individual employment assessments as part of their duties.

GROUP COMMON ASSESSMENT PROCESS training is an advanced two-day course for employment counsellors who have completed Individual Common Assessment training and who are required to do group employment assessments.
