Our member agencies have employment counsellors on staff who can assess clients' employment situations, offer information to available resources available in the community, and help create a plan for getting back to work.

ACFO of London-Sarnia has a vast array of valuable community services and resources available to all French-speaking persons and Francophiles in the London-Sarnia area. Services are provided in French and in English. Employment Counsellors at ACFO provide clients with information on various government funded programs (such as Skills Development, Job Connect and Summer Job Service) and help jobseekers develop a return-to-work action plan.

LEHC offers a supportive, professional environment and provides employment assistance with effective job search techniques, career advice, and placement opportunities. Employment Counsellors assist clients in developing an action plan by providing a comfortable one-on-one session to review their employment and vocational goals.
