The information Sharing Agreement (ISA) was developed in response to the ESCLM focus on the expedient movement of clients through the employment and training service delivery network, towards employment or re-employment, and to use technology as a tool to accomplish this goal.

The ISA is a “Letter of Understanding” signed by service providers (member agencies) who by their signing have indicated their “buy in” to the process of collecting and sharing client information as provided for in the ISA and accompanying protocols.
