Dear ESCLM Members;
Thank-you all for your contributions, participation, and encouragement over what has been a very interesting and productive year for the ESCLM.
Thanks to your efforts and dedication to quality service delivery, today's ESCLM is one voice for our sector's participant-centred approach: providing a common ground for capacity building and ensuring we can respond quickly and effectively to changing circumstances.
It has been my sincere pleasure to work with you, and I look forward to another, perhaps even more interesting, year as your ESCLM Project Manager.
I wish for you all a beautiful and rejuvenating holiday season.
Regards, C
Carol Stewart Project Manager
