Dear ESCLM Members;

We are pleased to offer a new one day training course for Employment Resource Centre (ERC) Staff and Support Staff (intake, etc.), who play a key role in making significant day-to-day connnections to clients.

The "Understanding the Common Assessment Process & Community Employment Resources" course is designed to inform ERC and support staff about the process their clients can expect on their journey back to employment, and the range of resources that exist in our community to assist them.

Provide your staff with the knowledge and reassurance to provide the most accurate information and to refer their clients to the agencies and resources which will best serve their needs, while enhancing their client rapport- and relationship-building skills. Learn more...

We are currently accepting participants at a special 2 for 1 rate. Please contact carol@esclm.ca if you are interested in registering.
