Dear ESCLM Members;
Ensure your Staff has access to our community's "best practices" in career development tools. We have 3 different Common Assessment Process (CAP) training courses planned for the near future. Please let me know if you are interested in any of these or if you have any questions: carol@esclm.ca. Spaces are limited to the first 12 applicants for each.
1. Individual CAP (employment planning one-to-one with clients) is scheduled for March 25 & 26. Apply here...
2. Group CAP (employment planning in group settings) is scheduled for April 8 & 9. The emphasis is on group facilitation skills. Individual CAP training is a pre-requisite. Apply here...
3. Our Overview Workshop for Employment Resource Centre staff and other support staff (front-desk, etc.), "Understanding CAP and Community Employment Resources" is scheduled for March 18. This one day course recognizes the critical role that these staff play in our community's service delivery system, and equips them to meet these demands and to gain a comprehensive understanding of community agency resources and their employment planning processes. Apply here...
All of these sessions are facilitated by our expert trainers within the context of real scenarios that you and your staff face every day. Improve your service coordination & network development with partner organizations. Contact me today to ensure a spot.
