Dear ESCLM Members;

We are very pleased to invite you to a celebration of the successful certification of the ESCLM members who were evaluated against our revised and upgraded Service Delivery Standards (SDS) this year.

An invitation and backgrounder are attached. Please share this with staff and your boards: so much hard work and commitment deserves to be acknowledged. We have rescheduled from a previously announced date (Jan. 22). The new date is January 29th, 11:00am, at the Skill Centre.

We look forward to seeing you and your colleagues and to share your successes and certification with you.

Literacy Works at Hutton House

Literacy Works is a new and exciting training program being offered at Hutton House to improve Essential Skills in the workplace.

Literacy Works is a 3 week program designed to help learners and job seekers:
• understand Essential Skills and work habits
• build Essential Skills and work habits through employment specific
training sessions
• communicate Essential Skills and work habits to employers
• build computer skills
• track and plan for ongoing skills development
• earn a certificate of completion

The London and Middlesex Financial Stability Partnership invites you to participate in Citi's financial education training workshop:

• Why: To enable services providers with financial education tools
