Ontario Women's Health Conversation, June 30

Dear Community Women and Senior Staff of Health & Social Service Organizations,

Pillar Nonprofit Network and Echo: Improving Women's Health in Ontario are pleased to invite you to participate in a conversation about the proposed Ontario Women's Health Strategy. This is one of several events being hosted across Ontario to share the Strategy and engage stakeholders.

The draft Strategy has identified four priority areas for action:
• improving access to services and addressing barriers
• integrating services using a women-centred approach
• improving life circumstances for vulnerable women
• adding accountability and planning mechanisms, particularly around the use of sex- and gender-based analysis, to improve quality of care

Together we will discuss the current state of women's health in Ontario and the need for a women's health strategy.
