Training in Group Facilitation
Are you or your staff currently or interested in facilitating group sessions? Do you work in group settings to assist with job search, career exploration, or employment preparation? Do you want to learn and practice group facilitation and workshop leadership skills?
The ESCLM is offering training in a broad dimension of skills required for facilitating groups/workshops. This course will cover such topics as workshop planning (initial, transition, working and termination) and difficult group behaviours and explore strategies to overcome these problem situations. Participants will acquire practical facilitating skills required of group leaders, which can be applied in a diversity of situations.
We still have spaces available for this year's April 8 & 9 Group Employment Planning course. If you or your staff currently or would like to provide employment or training services to clients in a group setting, register now...
