The Corporation of Middlesex County Social Services provides basic assistance and discretionary benefits through Ontario Works, as well as childcare fee subsidy. It also offers a range of employment services designed for individuals to take the shortest route back to employment and self sufficiency.

Services include employment planning, self-directed job search, structured job search, employment placement in paid work, and community participation in unpaid work experience opportunities and are available at various locations throughout the County.
